		<description>Tahoe-Bocca was the original name of this now changed to Canyon Springs.
Back in the early 1970&#039;s the property WAS PROPOSING 10 acre parcels!!!!
Those developers unfortunetly went bankrupt.</description>

		<description>Allowing something is going to probably happen.  Why isn&#039;t there a suggestion to do what was done in Juniper Hills.  One residence per parcel which is 20 acres.  No fences so deer can migrate.  No businesses that generate extra traffic.  Yes, it would be private property, but it wouldn&#039;t be one on top of another homes and clearing everything to make way for these homes.</description>
